Past Events

The Indianapolis Rowing Center hosts multiple events throughout the year at our facility in Eagle Creek Park. These events draw junior, collegiate and masters rowers to the Indianapolis area.

In 1994, The Indianapolis Rowing Center hosted the first World Championship held in North America.  You can see the schedule and results here.

The Big Ten Conference has held their Big Ten Rowing Championships in Eagle Creek Park since 2011. There are currently 8 teams in the Conference - Iowa, Minnesota, Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Rutgers.

The NCAA Rowing Championships have been held in Eagle Creek Park in 2002, 2003, 2013 and 2014.  The 2019 Championships were held at Eagle Creek May 31-June 02, 2019
