Food will be provided by IRC’s Booster Club.
We are located in beautiful Eagle Creek Park of Indianapolis. There is a daily fee of $5 per vehicle to enter the park after 7am. Please note that this fee is required of all park patrons – even IRC staff and rowers. Competitors and teams dropping boats off on Friday are not subject to the park gate fee. Gates will open at 6am on Saturday for entry into the park.
Entries can be made on RegattaCentral (www.regattacentral.com). Registration deadline is midnight on Monday, October 22, 2012. All participants are required to sign an IRC waiver before competing. Please print, sign and mail/or bring the waiver with you to the regatta. USRowing’s waiver will not be accepted as this is not a USRowing sanctioned regatta. Waivers can be found below or on RegattaCentral.
Registration begins at 7:30am at the Pavilion.
Coaches and Coxswains meeting is at 8:30am. All rowers are responsible for the information discussed at the coaches and coxswains meeting.
First event is at 10 AM. The tentative event list is posted below and on RegattaCentral. Racing is scheduled to conclude by 3:45pm.
Results and heat sheets will be posted below and on RegattaCentral.
It is recommended that crews launch at least 40 minutes prior to their event, but can launch at their discretion.
