The IRC boathouse is now open and the water has been turned on. Please note weather conditions before going out onto the reservoir. Extreme heat and humidity can lead to dehydration or heat exhaustion. In light of recent weather activity, please do not row during storms or when it is lightning. Please review to the safety procedures for 2011.
