Scholarship Aps and Forms

The following forms are used for IRC programming

Swim Test Form A swim test may be signed by a certified lifeguard and is good for 4 years. IRC does arrange two swim test dates (one in spring/ one in fall).  Participants must have a swim test on file in order to row without a life jacket.

Scholarship_Form IRC welcomes youth and adults from all socio-economic backgrounds and provides need-based financial aid on a rolling basis. Please submit this form as soon as possible to the IRC director or to your program coach.

2011 IRC EVENT WAIVER This waiver is required from visiting competitors at all IRC events.  IRC members and program participants must sign the online waiver with roster code IN-693956 Please note your confirmation number.

SPRING-2011-ROWING-UNIFORM-ORDER-FORM This form is for JUNIOR rowers only.

Masters Uniform Purchase Forms This form is for Masters rowers.
