Spring 2025 Travel Information
St. Louis Scrimmage
Date: March 22

Team Travel
Athletes will be required to provide their own transportation to/from St. Louis. Athletes are expected to be at the St. Louis Rowing Club at 9:30am on Saturday, March 22nd. The address for the St. Louis Boathouse is: 13777 Marine Ave., St. Louis, MO 63043. It is possible to drive over in the morning if you wish, the trip takes about 4 hours with no stops or traffic. We gain an hour going west, so you would need to leave Indianapolis by 6:00am I would recommend to make it to the boathouse in St. Louis in time to rig and race.

We have reserved courtesy room blocks for those who wish to drive to St. Louis the night before.

Parents will be required to provide payment for these rooms directly, they will not be invoiced by IRC as with other regattas.
Regatta Plan
I would like to see all athletes arrive between 9:00am and 9:30am at the St. Louis boathouse. We will have a C&C at 10:00am and will start launching at 10:15. The morning session will end around noon with a lunch break. Afternoon racing will begin with a 1:20 race and will be done around 2:30. I hope to have everybody on their way back home shortly after 3:00.

Indianapolis Junior Sprints
Date: May 3-4
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Groups Attending: Girls Red, Girls Black, Boys Red, Boys Black, LTR, Middle School
This is our home regatta, with sculling events on Saturday and sweep events on Sunday. Junior athletes are expected to be in attendance both days, even though they may not be rowing on one of these days. Athletes who aren't rowing on a given day may be asked to volunteer to help run the regatta and will be providing support for their teammates. Middle school athletes will be provided with times when they need to be present when we get closer to the regatta dates.
