Welcome to the 2025 Big Ten Women’s Rowing Championships in Indianapolis!
We’re thrilled to welcome you to Eagle Creek Park for a great weekend of racing and celebration of collegiate women’s rowing. As one of the premier regatta venues in the country, the Indianapolis Rowing Center is proud to host this event and showcase the talent, determination, and teamwork of these talented crews.
Whether you're cheering on your favorite team, connecting with other rowing fans, or experiencing your first championship, we’re excited to have you here. Please read the spectator information below to help make the most of your visit.
Spectator FAQ
Where should I park?
All spectators on Saturday and Sunday should park at the Mary & John Geisse Soccer Fields:
7225 W 56th St, Indianapolis, IN 46254
There will be NO parking inside the park on race days.
Please allow at least 30 minutes to park and walk to the venue.
Limited ADA parking is available inside the park with a valid state-issued hang tag or license plate inside the park.
Is there a fee to attend the event?
There is a per vehicle entrance fee to enter Eagle Creek Park:
- $6 for Marion County residents & $7 for all others
- $1 per person fee to park at the soccer fields and walk into the park
- There is no additional fee to access the spectator viewing area once inside the park.
Can I visit the team area?
No. The team area is restricted and not open to spectators.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! Big Ten Championship t-shirts will be available for purchase in the spectator area.
Please note: CASH ONLY.
Can I bring my regatta/tailgate setup to the championships?
Yes. Tents are allowed in the designated spectator viewing area but must stay behind the tent setback line marked on the ground.
You may drop off tents anytime after 5:00 pm on Thursday.
This is a public park, so please note that items left unattended are at your own risk.
Where will the awards ceremony take place?
The awards ceremony will take place on Sunday after racing has completed at the Indianapolis Rowing Center Boathouse.
Spectators can access this area via the Red Trail or by walking around from the main viewing area.
Limited ADA parking will be available at:
- The Beach Parking Lot (for race viewing)
- The Boathouse (for awards viewing)
Are dogs permitted in the spectator area?
Yes! Dogs are welcome as long as they are on a leash.
