My son/ daughter is competing at IRC this weekend, how do I get there?

Are parents allowed to bring pop up tents to support the crews? 

Yes.

Are parents allowed to park in the spectator viewing area/ the beach? 

No, the viewing area is for tents and spectators only.

Is there a fee to watch the racing? 

No, but Eagle Creek Park is a city park and charges a daily gate fee for entrance ($5/car).  This fee is applicable to all rowers and class participants at IRC, as well as all spectators and competitors traveling individually for regattas.  Team buses and trailers are exempt.

Will there be food on site? 

No, teams bring their own food for events; though if IRC is racing, the IRC Junior Booster group often has extra available.  During the summer months, the beach concession stand may be open.  There are many restaurants located nearby.

Are there bathrooms and running water at the venue? 

Yes.

Are there bleachers? 

Yes, a small set.  Many spectators choose to bring folding chairs or blankets.
