IRC is offering open gym time for open erg sessions.

Thanksgiving Schedule:

Tuesday(11/21) Wednesday(11/22) Friday(11/24) 9-11am, Sunday 10:00 am - NOON

December schedule:

Monday-Friday 9:00 am -11:00 am,

Saturday 8:00 am - 9:30 am,

Sunday 10:00 am - NOON

Erg usage and other equipment when available

This is open to IRC Jr Alumni looking to get their meters in over break.

 

To register:

Step 1: Register with IRC using the link below and then within 1-2 business days you will receive the link for AFCO Zionsville, (10650 Bennett Pkwy Ext #100, Zionsville, IN 46077)

Step 2: Fill out the Crossfit AFCO waiver form. (Email will be sent shortly after registering with IRC) Send email to info@indyrowing.org for questions.

There is no fee from IRC and only a small one-time $25 fee for access to the CrossFit gym.
