Middle School Team - Winter Training
Join our Middle School Team for the Indoor Winter Training program and discover a unique blend of fitness, fun, and preparation for the upcoming spring racing season. The athletes will build strength and endurance plus, our engaging sessions ensure that athletes will have a blast while honing their skills and getting ready for our spring racing season!
Winter training will be held at Crossfit AFCO located at 10650 Bennett Pkwy, Zionsville, IN 46077. Registration is a two step process.
Date: Wednesday, Nov. 20th - March 5th
Grades: 6th - 8th grade, all ability levels; no experience necessary
Practice:
Wednesday 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Saturday 8:30 am - 10:00 am
IRC Training Fee:
$220 (IRC Fee Only. Gym membership is also required for participation)

Crossfit AFCO will email details on how to sign up for the gym membership prior to the season starting.

- Crossfit AFCO membership rate is $55/month and will be set up with the gym directly. In order to receive the IRC rate you must be registered for winter training with IRC.
